Entrance in rear to kitchen, 4 burner range top, microwave oven, fold down formica counter top over range top, cabinets up and down, refrigerator operates on gas or electric. Full bath with shower, sink and john, Queen bed, Living area has rocker-slider chair and swivel chair. Hand carved counter tops. Slot table top. A/C in house section. Gas heater. Hot water heater.
Toyota Cab: two bucket seats, heater and AC.
Engine is a Toyota 4 cylinder 22R-E. Gets 15-17 miles per gallon of gas. Engine in superb condition. Very reliable. Wonderfully comfortable. Very easy to set up. Plug into campsite electric. Screw water hose onto camp faucet. All set up. Also has sewer hose for connection to camp sewer. Motor home is kept covered under shed at all times. Always kept lightly heated inside to eliminate dampness.
Mileage 80,000, but any mechanic familiar with the 22 R-E engine will tell you that this Toyota engine is good for 200,000 miles. It's a workhorse and exceptionally reliable. I've taken good care of the oil and maintenance.. Uses very little oil.
