The camping fee for state or national park campgrounds is from $5 to $10. For private campgrounds it varies from $10 to $40 depending on the location (resort or other). Extras that you pay vary based on utilities that you use (water, electric, sewer, cable TV, etc), whether or not they charge you for the number of persons (an increasing trend is to charge by the family unit, not by person), and what amenities they offer (playground, movies, pool, hot tub, water slide, miniature golf, tennis/basketball courts, etc).
