I know very little, here it is
R-Vision was purchased a while ago by Holdiay Ramble (Monaco Coach) You may find some info at the Trail-lite website a sthey were the manufacturers of the Condor.
I have seen some chat anout difficulty in accessing master cylinders. All the manufacturers "bury" something. With trail-lite it apparently is this master cylinder.
Witgh the company no longer making the brand I would go Damon just on that basis. I think Condor is a low end coach and would drive a very hard bargain.
