we have a nice 23' telstar -here in w. tx.- looked a lot like this before i wet-sanded all that 'dusty rose' paint off of it. just takes some time... btw - i see telstars all over calif. for sale, so tell us which year / price range you're looking for. we're always looking for a newer / nicer one out this way, but most are either coastal or colo. where we got ours. and if you want to tow anything more than 1,000 # don't look at the allegros, those v-6's get decent mpg, but serioulsy lack in towing. also, the telstars are built like a tank, and will last many, many years... hope this helps,
