Hi, My name is Tracye and my husband and I are in the process of trying to start up a business. He has worked very hard in the woods for the last 20 years and his back is starting to cramp up so it is time for a new carreer, which he is looking to see if there would be money in hauling RV's.
I'm interested to hear back from anyone who can give some advice and or good companies to haul from. We live in Canada and are willing to haul Canada and USA and of course anywhere where we can get make any money at all. He would like to make sure there is enough business out there before he changes careers. We do have a family to support. Hope to hear from someone...
Currently working for Trail X. Can't seem to make money with them. Have heard some pretty discouraging comments about them Have a $36000. truck on the line
Hi, my name is Yvonne and my fiancee has been hauling RV's for about a year. We are also based out of Canada, and although it is more limited than the states there is work here if you are willing to put in the effort. We have found that is it best to hook on with a RV hauling company who will find your loads, but you still operate as an owner/operator. We have a one ton diesel dually. There are slow times but it is steady for the most part. We are located in Western Canada so the companies I know of are out here... Roadex, Speedway, Select Classic Carriers, Saskatoon Hotshots, and Due North are just a few of them. I hope this helps some.
I have been trying to get into the RV hauling business for six months. I have contacted every company I can find and submitted applications with no luck.
I just retired, reloacated and purchased a 2006 Ford F350 King Ranch and built it up with all the hitches and equipment needed.
I have my DOT inspection, numbers, physical, commercial license tag and Class A CDL.
I too am interested in the RV Hauling business. I see them all over. I'm from MB Canada, I have a friend that has been doing it for some time and seems to be doing ok. I have been researching this for a while on my own, as my friend is out hauling right now.
My Father and I are thinking of starting a business in this and we cant afford to take too many wrong turns. Any advise on what to stay away from in this business?
Hi, my name is Mary and I work as an Employment Service Worker and I am trying to find some information on a company called "Saskatoon Hotshots" that haul RVs. If you could send me some contact information that would be great.
