Does the listed measurement of a trailer include the tongue? Is that what you call it? A tongue? Anyway...

Also, I have a 1984 Fleetwood Resort (I think 24' including the tongue). When I bought it from a dealer (bad idea), the heater had been "upgraded" to a larger more effective heater I was told. You can see the work that was done from the outside. It doesn't look too bad. They evened up the siding pretty well. Also, it began to leak through the front window when it rained until I put some silicone/caulking to stop it. Some of the wood paneling on the inside has some water damage (about 3 feet square. It doesn't look horrible, but it is what it is.

Other than that, the fridge works, the taps and sinks are good, and the bathroom works, etc. It works.

What might this be worth?

Anyone?
