I just changed the starter in the generator. It started fine but it seems to govern up and down regardless of load on the generator. Any sugestions will be great! Thanks Joe

If you don't have it already, you should get the Generac manual for your model generator. It will give you the procedure for adjusting the carburetor and governor properly.There is a Generac web site - just search for 'Generac' on Google or any search engine that you like. Good luck - it is a relatively simple procedure.
