Marsha,
did you ever find out about the Thor Residency 1995 33'. I am looking at that exact model and am wondering too about it. Do you know what they cost in 2995 new? Looking for help. THanks STEVE
I have had a Redency 33' for over a year now and really like it. Even though the company is building other things(5th wheels) they are rummored to be thinking about reintroducing the residency again. If so I would have no reservations about buying a new one. Mine is a 1995 with no slide-out(which is my preference.I put K&N filters in mine and get right 10.3 mph. Not bad! There are still a couple of switches I don't know about but the unit is first rate as far as I am concerned.
My Dad bought one in 1995 and the MSRP was $70-72k for the Residency 3275. Don't know if this is considered a 32' or 33'. The unit now has 44,000+ mi. on it and has had a few problems but when you live in one for over 5 years things happen. As far as I can find out Thor sold the Colorado factory to the employes and the Company is now called Mountain High. I see a few for sale on the Internet but not a lot.
THanks for the info. I have the oppurtunity to by a model 3300 for 35k with 9000 miles on it. I have not seen it yet, but it is suppose to have all the bells and whistles. I was trying to see if it was a good deal. I found it odd there was not a whole lot of info on it. Thanks for the information. Anything else you know about them you pass to me would be great. Thank you very much
Steve
