30' 1972 Champion Motorhome K.R. Harper 7-29-01
Hi,All. I just bought a 72 30' Champion MotorHome. It's tremendously ugly, but I just love it! I would like any info on the manufacturer that I can get.
I also need a good used, large fridge. Let me rephrase that, I need lots of stuff, so if anyone has any parts they need to get rid of or has any info on
the manufacturer, Please let me know. Thanks K.R.Harper

Hi fellow Champion Oldy but Goody motorhome owner. Our is a 1977 22' class a with a Dodge 440. We really like it, we bought it (obviously used in Feb of 1999)with only 31,000 miles onit and after a minimum of maintenance took a 5,000 mile trip with no problems at all. When it was manufactured, it was built at the Champion factory in Wieser, Idaho which has since relocated to, I believe Illinois. I have the original paperwork (equipment brochures etc.) and will e-mail you more information as I can round it up. I have had no success in finding the factory, am hoping you and I may be able to succeed in finding information that will be of benefit to each. I live in Union, Oregon and woud enjoy hearing from you. Regards Cal Messick

We bought a 1979 Class C Leisure Time model a couple of weeks ago and are trying like crazy to find any instruction manuals for the motorhome. I found an original manual for the Dodge motor/chassis, but can't find anything for rest. Any help would be appreciated !
