Weird plumbing problem by John Ogletree
Post New Message My bathroom sink, kitchen sink, and shower empty into the grey tank. The sinks take water as fast as 60pounds of city pressure can deliver it, but the shower drain is almost totally plugged. The weird part is that when I use a floor drain type plunger on the shower drain, a little bit of water comes out the bathroom sink drain. From this I figure the blockage is below both drains, but if so, why does the sink drain so well? I reached into the shower drain trap with a wire and can feel no obstruction. HELP!

BTW, it worked fine last weekend, my wife isn't going bald, doesn't have long hair, and I'm already bald.
