I'm interested in the blue book value for a Dutchman Trailer that is 36'long and in fair condition.
The awning cloth needs to be replaced, the water heater isn't working and a few window screens need to be replaced.

Need floor plan for 1997 dutchman royal 5th wheeler. Of interest is the master bedroom over the 5th wheel. The person that had it before made some renovations to it and it is not conducive and we need to see the original plans.
