Stranded '99 Airstream Cutter, new park brake pump motor system install just failed after less than 400 miles on it. Help! Pam 2-19-18
URGENT: Stranded almost a week now less than 200 miles from home base in Indiana. Bought an Airstream Cutter '99 with a new park brake system installed from local RV dealer. First trip out still not dewinterized headed south and brakes locked up including tranny after hydraulic leaked out within 10 miles of park brake light coming on and motor making loud noise. Had it towed last week, in a hotel, waiting for dealer to make good on labor and parts. ha ha. The Truck mechanic familiar with this is warrantying a new part but from what I've read, it aint over til it's over! Any suggestions to equip me with plugs, fluid, knowledge while this mom and her daughter who have decided to live out of our RV for a while continue on with it after this mechanic fixes it again?
