Post New Message You didn't say if you have a Diesel or Gas engine. If it is Gas, then some of the horizontal grill bars are generally what causes the whistle noise. Try binding them one at a time, either down or up a little on each attachment point. Then drive and see if the noise is gone. Repeat until you find which one is causing it.

If you are driving a Diesel, check around your door. If your patio awning also extends above the door, the front support is a likely suspect for the noise. Fleetwood came out with a fix for the Discovery due to this.
