Hi fellow Champion Oldy but Goody motorhome owner. Our is a 1977 22' class a with a Dodge 440. We really like it, we bought it (obviously used in Feb of 1999)with only 31,000 miles onit and after a minimum of maintenance took a 5,000 mile trip with no problems at all. When it was manufactured, it was built at the Champion factory in Wieser, Idaho which has since relocated to, I believe Illinois. I have the original paperwork (equipment brochures etc.) and will e-mail you more information as I can round it up. I have had no success in finding the factory, am hoping you and I may be able to succeed in finding information that will be of benefit to each.
