Help! My hydroflame furnace runs but not for long. Pops on and off.

If it is lighting and making heat: 3 common failures.
1st Is a bad High limit, usually caused by reson 2 but they do go bad by themselves.
2nd Blocked heat vent. Blocking or turning off just one heat vent can cause you furnace to over heat and act like this.
3 rd Ignitor out of adjustment, commonly on these furnaces the ignitor probes are the flame sensor. If the gap is to large the furnace will light for 10 or 15 seconds, go out and try again for three tries.
