Post New Message Hydroflame 8535 Series 3 when you walk up to the parts counter.

Check battery voltage and ground to furnace. SHould be 11.5 volts or more.

Use a high pressure air blower and blow into the exhast, take the outside acess plate and clean the furnace the same way. This fixes 80% of furnaces.

Now it gets a little more dificult: From most to least likely
BAd high limit switch
Bad or stuck Sail switch
Bad or burnt out burner head
Bad or damaged ignitor probe
Bad board
Bad High tension lead
