Is motorhome is a 1993, Europa model 230, class B, with 31,750 original miles. It starts right up and is in good condition. As of this writing, all system work.

This MH has a fuel injected dodge 360cid engine, 4 speed trans. and, I believe, a 1 ton chassis. The body is 23.2 ft L, 7.6 W, 8.5 H, interior H is 6’2”. The body is a fiberglass/resin type. Awnings all around (never had passenger side one open). Four new load range E tires have 1300 miles use. Basement storage compartments have all elec, water, sewage hoses, tools, etc. 120V alt., Water & waste tanks are enclosed ( they claim for winter camping). It has been winterized.. Has passenger & driver door. Coach entry also has screen door. Pop up sky lite over cab area. Power steering, brakes, windows, cruise (I’ve never used so can’t verify condition), tilt wheel

Bed and bath in rear. Flush and stand up shower. Full size fridge/freezer, 25,000BTU furnace, curtains and/or blinds all around, 5.2KW generac generator, hitch, 4 burner stove, built in micro and coffee maker, TV, VCR, locking handles on all cabinets, flexsteel seats recline & swivel, booth and table convert to bed, original brochure & manuals for all systems.

The things that may want to be looked at: the clear coat has come off the front hood and outside furnace door(paint is intact). TV antenna needs replacement, some wall paper in rear could use re-glueing and passenger side window does not open…needs repair. Has slight dript...will be going into shop.
