Well Dont get me started, I purchased a wonderful coach class a dutchstar from krenek rv in coloma michigan with full regret now.
they ruined a fun experiance, i purchased this to take my sick mother on the road.
once i took the coach everything they said they would do as in repairs has been dropped like a hot potato. give broken promisses and drag there feet.. after starting to look around and ask people about this place found i am not the only one having a bad problem with them.
the sales manager is so dishonest i would not trust anything said at this place.

I was searching the internet for a friend and stubled accross this post (when I googled Krenek RV). Darin, I take it you're one of those people who is never happy with anything; not mention you're one of those people who feels as though you're experienced was ruined by someone while the truth is in the fact that you're so pushy, you make those sales people go home wishing they had chosen a different career path. Also, before you try to post something on the internet for the world to see and want to be viewed as creditable you might want to check your spelling. (they make programs for that now you know)

Anyway, I wanted to defend Krenek. My husband and I bought from Krenek a couple years back and since then have sent two other couples to the same sales guy we bought from, young guy but I won't mention names. He was never the type of sales guy who just sold you a product because he wanted to make a profit. He cared about what we were buying and that our needs were met. You could tell that he was in sales because he really loved what he was doing.

Grow up and stop bad mouthing others on the internet. How about you focus on your life and your sick mother and stop trying to ruin other peoples lives.

Darin, I have been looking for a coach and have looked at Krenek's, but haven't decided what to do yet. Will you please give some more details on the sales managers dishonesty and the broken promises made by the service department? Thanks, Lee
