Beautiful 31' land yatch.sleeps 4.with full size master bed newly remodeled with Berber carpet and laminate flooring. also re-covered couch and chair with "micro-fabric" easy clean leather.new air conditioner/heater unit. also flow-jet pump and large capacity water heater with electric ignition.propane gas tanks are both aluminum. "zip-dee" awnings are in great shape even have matching side curtains for forward and aft awnings. new levelers on all four corners. the clear coat is in good shape except for some areas on the roof. few dents dings and wear you would expect on a 1979 aluminum camper. tires are in great shape even though original, attesting to its low miles. we purchased in 2003 after it had been un-used and sitting covered in indoor storage the past 12 years. appraises at higher value, we just need to down size! sold as is. delivery is available. this camper is in wonderful shape and was never abused. we pulled it 10000 miles at a time, 3 years in a row, would and could start out tomorrow if i had the time. pulls like a dream,stops on a dime (though i wouldn't suggest trying that:). re-packed the wheel bearings every season except last.im an aircraft mechanic by trade so somewhat familiar with this type of construction, its solid, thats why we purchased it in the first place. just havnt been able to use it much past 2 years. it appraised well when we bought it, and that was before we cleaned it up and updated everything. its rare in that it has skylights with a full size rear bedroom and side bath.we were told this combination is hard to find but very desirable. pictures on request.
