I am the second owner of this very nice motorhome. It has the 6 bolt axles, 22R-E 4 cylinder engine and has an automatic transmission. It gets between 14-17 mpg. The body is in overall very good shape for a vehicle 20 years old. The Domtetic frig does not work. The partition to the bathroom needs repair. There are trim pieces that have broken from age and need replacement but does not affect the use of the motorhome. It has a/c in the cab but the roof mounted unit was removed by the original owner. It does have an awning that is in great shape. Propane heater, water heater and stove all work. The curtains have been replaced and the carpet was removed and replaced with a vinyl floor. Covers have been made for all the seats but the original seat are still in good shape with no tears. We are selling because we only use it a couple of times a year for weekend camping trips no further than 20 miles from our home. Lynden is located close to the Canadian border.
