3 or 6 FedEx Home Delivery for sale in SW Florida! Bob 11-7-11
Rare opportunity!! Highly desired FedEx Home Delivery routes for sale in beautiful Southwest Florida. This is a turn-key business that makes money the very first day.

FedEx continues to be a sought-after brand in an ever-growing industry. Online purchases continue to climb and show no sign of slowing down. Volume is already up over 24% from last year, and is predicted to climb to 30% before 2012.

Available are two groups of three contiguous service areas: one group encompasses the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda/North Fort Myers corridor, and the other runs from Marco Island to North Naples. These routes are configured geographically to yield an even higher profitability due to the efficiencies of their locations.

All staff is already in place, including experienced and long-term drivers and manager. Six vehicles service the routes, and three additional vehicles are available for backup/management. Owner does not have to drive, and can spend as little as 10 hours a week overseeing all operations. Current owner can provide training and management services as needed. All income records have been maintained by owner/CPA and can be verified.

The Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda/North Fort Myers routes gross well over $300K and net six figures to the owner – price is $325,000.

Marco Island to North Naples gross slightly more, and also net six figures – price is $335,000.

Purchase both groups, or just one...discount for entire lot of six routes, transition after new year. Over $150K of meticulously maintained vehicles and equipment is included with these routes. Routes out of this terminal sell for 1X annual gross plus equipment.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to invest with an immediate return in a growing industry. Profitable routes in this part of the country do not last long. No seller financing - serious inquiries only.

Please email me your phone number in Florida so that we may talk. I currently own 11 ground routes alone. I have a investor that wants to team up on additional routes. Yours sounds really good if the manager is going to stay in place. Thanks Rob

Dear Rob Kendall,

I represent an international logistics company that is very interested to get into the FedEx Ground and Home Delivery markets. Acting as an investor in an existing company is also very attractive. Please let me know if you have any interest.

Kindest regards,
David Hersey
