What i have noticed with the switch is that management still deals with former owners just as if they were still in ownership. i havent seen a negative change with it, besides the hard feelings from the swing drivers, and people that have been in ownership for up to 17 years, owning a single route being forced to either buy 2 more, or sell their bussiness to anthoer contractor. So depending on your stand of being an owner and having the responsibilty over a few more drivers. It seems like it favors those that want the opportunity for a million dollar bussiness. I dont see how Fedex is bennifiting from the new ISP model |
