Dodge ballast resistor is normally a white-ish ceramic object between 4 and 6 inches long with a two wire conector on both ends. Buy two. Carry the spare and you won't have trouble. If you don't have it it will break down 100,000 miles from the nearest replacement in the worst neighborhood in the world. The wires will be traceable to the electronic ignition modual or coil. Either way they fail, without warning and by passing them can hurt your ignition system. Last one I bought cost like 22 bucks. Good Luck |
