Chilton's and Motor Manuals have spec's on the different engines.
The short answer is the V-10 is very similar in HP and torque ratings to the 460.
The difference is where the engines make their power. The V-10 needs to be really turning to get the max performance where the 460 tends to get the max when grunting low.
In other words, the 460 will launch faster and then run out of steam about the time the V-10 will be catching up. By the time both reach the top of the hill they will be pretty much neck and neck.
And neither one likes to pass a gas station.
