How many miles on it.If the plug wires have not been changed in 30 or 40 k miles replace them.Have you measured fuel pressure at the carb.? Have you replaced fuel filter on the frame rail (right side) Also there may be a time delay valve that delays vacuum to the advance module on the dist. Mine froze up from just setting so much.Follow vacuum back from the Dist.to the front of engine near the thermostat area.For a test I would hook up vacuum gage at the dist.and see if you are geting vacuum to it.Good Luck MIKE |
