About 100 hrs. since sleeves and pistons. ran good now developed a consideral amount of oil in air box. turbo compressor side dry as well as blower rotors. help, thanks matt.

My 1975 MC-8 Crusader with an 8V-71 has an oil bath element in it. It has to have oil in it to properly filter the air! I'm assuming you know this already but I thought I'd mention it! There's like about a gallon in there! Maybe an oil gallery(ies) opening has clogged up, with some gasket material or something, in the head, on that side? The only other thing that means to me is that there is blow by gases that are coming from a bad ring(s) on that bank but since those are new I'd blame it on the cylinder head. The valve guides could be shot or the extra pressure that is now building up in the engine since the rebuild, is causing the heads or head gaskets to pune out. If you rebuild the heads on a regular car engine without rebuilding the bottom, it will eventually go out on you, most probably. If you just build the bottom, it will usually crap out your heads! I hope you figure it out & it isn't too bad!
