Post New Message The first thing i would check is , See if you have a pinched wire under the valve cover gasket?? be carefull this could cause a fire...
I have a 76 440 Dodge M500. When it shifts into second gear after interstate travel the engine sputters. It will then smooth out and finally shift into third. It seems like there is no or weak spark or it is a fuel shortage or vacum leak. It has a new carb and a new ingition module.
