I had a new ICP installed in December and since then my truck is very hard to start if shut off to say, run into a store for a few minutes, and will crank for a very long time and sputter a few times before starting, but will start fine if it's off for about 15 minutes or more. It has also stalled a few times when stopping.I checked the connection at the ICP and all seems fine. It will start when cold great, just when warm and shut off for a few minutes is there a problem. Could it be the CPS? I've heard they can be intermitant. Any help would be great.
