I have a 89 Southwind on a P30 chassis. The engine )454) wa replaced at 80K and I have noticed that the oil pressure is reading off scale high. I'm assuming that the oil sending sensor is bad and needs replaced. My question is where is it located ?
Hi Bob. I can't find a diagram for your 89 but all the big blocks I've seen in the P30's have the sending unit on the drivers side of the engine block just back of the timing chain cover and a couple inches above the oil pan. Rich
