I have a 93 chevy S10 with 180000 miles which run good uses 1 quart of oil in 3000 miles but dosen't have any power.Check engine light is on & off. It is indicating that it is running lean.Fuel pressure checks o.k. exhaust pressure is o.k. Why dosen't it have the power it should.

First off, thats a lot of miles. do a compression check or leak down test of the cyliders. you could have a broken piston ring, or it just could be worn completely out. you could also replace your O2 sensor to see if this fixes the problem.
