I have an 1996 Monoco Executive and my check engine light and buzzer was sounding. I conducted test with a computer and checked all sending units on the engine. The buzzer went out, but the light stays on. What can I do to turn the light off? Thank you for your time!

You may want to try to remove ths + battery cable and ground it for 60sec. This should work if you fixed the problem.

I have a 1994 eddie bauer edition explorer and the check engine light always comes on at first it only when i went up the hills now it is all the time and it only goes about 25 miles per hour going up a hill i was told maybe the oxygen censors needed change wondered if any one else has had this problem and or if the oxygen censor is the problem

Just the orange lite comes on dash (engnie) it goes on and off occasionally. I had a Tune Up, Oil Change, New Filter Air, I put fuel injection oil, I put winshsheield wiper fludid, I put air tires, I check spark plugs. (You Name It I did on my own) I check gas cap, I then took of the battery terminals and let rest put on..I was ok a while..Today, I took it to a local station he charged me $35.00 for diagnosed he said he came up ok..I drove the light is back on again..DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEASE IN WHAT THIS CAN BE??? he guy told me to call my Hydia Dealer but I cant get a hold of them.He did mention Oxy Senor but my may conern is that the money or if I'm covered with my 5 years wantees/guantees if this is called MAINTEANCE ON ENGINE OR NOW?? Thanks if you can let me know.

Engine lite comes on periodically and engine runs rough..small trip on highway and is ok for weeks and then repeats itself..tried fuel injector cleaner in gas tank.hasnt come on for weeks now??????
