81 Pace Arrow has been sitting. Need to empty gas? Armond N. Nirdlinger 5-3-17
My 30 ft. 81 pace arrow has been sitting parked for approx. 13 years. Is there a way to empty the gas tanks and put in fresh gas b4 trying to start it?

You need to clean this tank out!

Siphoning the remains is the least you should do.

Best would be to pull the tank and send it out for steaming. But depending on what you get for dirt and rust when you drain the tank this may not be needed.

Figure out what fuel filter it uses and buy a couple, they will likely plug off quick in the first couple tanks of fuel you burn.

Good Luck

Change evry filter from the tank to the carb and change them often for the first few hundred miles. Star bright makes product that helps old gas and they also sell one that stabilizes gas as well. Would be a good idea to use the first product. Siphon all that old gas out. Thats a no brainer. There may be a drain on the bottom of the tank. Id inspect the gas lines for rust the entire length. You need to do a LOT of checking around every system on that coach after sitting that long. Mice can get absolutely everywhere... Good luck
