Best guess you have a leaky injector that floods one or two cylinders while its shut off.
The diag is a little involved but starts with a pressure gauge conected to fuel rail. If it looses pressure over a few minutes after shut down you have confirmed the problem. It should take 1/2 hour or more (thats not what ford says, but my rule of thumb)
Then you pull the injectors and pressure them up looking for the drippy one.
