|Does anyone know where the ORB2 diagnostic connector is located on a 1996 Southwind with a Ford Chassis?|

1st Your 1996 motor home may have 1995 Chassis, infact it is quite likely.
2nd 1995 did not require OBDII or the seated in the drivers seat rule.
Allowing there is an OBDII conector it must be accessable without tools from the drivers seat. On many motor homes they end up hanging in the wiring behind the dash.
The NON OBDII diagnostic conectors tended to be to the rear of the engine inside the engine compartment.
