Fuel mileage problems Mel 2-25-11
I changed my o2 sensor on my 92 ford e350 with a 460 engine mileage got better for a couple days and then back down to 2 miles to the gallon, what else can I change?

You need to do a diagnoses on this:
1st Hook up a scanner and check the 02 sensor ( you are looking for a crosscount number)
2nd is the exsaust plugged? You can do a back pressure check or like I do disconect the system in front of the cat and muffler and see if there is a noticable (large!) increase in power.
3rd tune up stuff including fuel filter.
In the computer of the tune or exaust.
:0 My niece just called me with same problem, WOW
Good Luck
