87 Foretravel/460/C6	R.W.Rimbey	5-7-02
Hey, I just bought a 87 Foretravel,pusher with a 460 and a C6 transmision. Running down the road I tach 3500 to 3800 at 65 mph. Is that correct???? I've had several 460 powered pickups and pulled 5th wheels and never tached that high a rpm. I would appreciate some feedback as Foretravel has yet to respond to any of my e-mails.

R.W. Find out your rear axel ratio ie 4:56,4:88 etc.and go to www.angelfire.com/fl/procrastination/rear.html and plug in the numbers. Transmission is usually 1:1, unless it's an overdrive . The tire diameter of a 19.5 is 33.80. Hope this helps
