	Tank empty? Hose or line colapsed? This can happen instide a rubber line. Filter in the tank pluged? Need to drop the tank to check. I usualy check this kind of thing by hooking up my vacume pump and brake bleeder cup to the line from the tank and see if I get vacume, whether it sucks fuel or has an break or leak between the tank and filter. Good Luck
