Power Converter AC/DC Problem by Paul Kocharhook
Post New Message I have an older power converter from a pop-up that I want to install in my 1968 Apache Eagle tent trailer. Everything on the AC side works fine, but when I switch to DC using a combination fan/light, the light works but the fan runs at a very slow speed. If I plug the unit into my car cigarette lighter both work fine. This unit is not installed in the trailer yet, but on my work bench. Could this be a grounding problem or something else?
