Power Completely Lost - Electrical by Donald Rull
Post New Message We have our 5th wheel (Coachmen Catalina Lite 22') hooked up to shore power at our home. My parents are staying with us for Christmas, so we have been sleeping in the 5th wheel. Just moments ago the power went out to the 5th wheel (all power - both front and rear which are on separate GFI circuits, the refrigerator and the rooftop A/C are not functioning now).

My first instinct was that it was the circuit breaker in the house - after checking this was incorrect. I then checked the circuit breakers in the 5th wheel, after resetting them all there was still no power. I also reset all the GFI circuits through the GFI outlets, even tough the A/C is not even on one of these circuits. I have checked the shore line an it is fine.

Any ideas what could be the cause of the TOTAL power outage?

Thank you!

Don
