For some reason this thing is not charging......nothing but battery voltage.....i'm getting power to the back of the alt. battery power to pin #1 but nothing from pin 2 on the alt. connector...with the harness disconnected.......when i plug it in #2 is has ground...alt. supplies the ground?....this vehicle was a 6cyl. vin D....the customer put a 350 in it.. i thought it was a regulator issue...it has an internal one inside the alt. replaced it...thought the part was defective and went through 3 different alt.'s...so i'm stuck and had a few techs look at it and still don't understand whats going on..... |
