Electrical wire diagram '96 Holiday Rambler Dsl pusher	Dave Boles	12-11-07
I have a 35' Holiday Rambeler Endeavor Dsl pusher with 5.9 cumins and freightliner chasis. I need to find a wiring diagram or help with my problem, either I have a sensor gone bad or a loose plug someplace and I can not find it visually. The cruise control, exhaust brake and the A/C have quit working. Have check for loose connections up front and in the engine compartment. Does anyone have any suggestions. My next step is to get a wiring diagram and start performing continuity checks, but I am having trouble finding one. All I get is bring it in to the shop and we will check it out. I am more than capable of checking it out with the right info, if someone will let me. HELP!!!!!!! Dave

Call holiday rambler and freightliner direct. You may end up buying a repir manual from Freightliner. I don't know what that would cost. Holiday Rambler may not have what you need but they will probably be helpfull. I have worked for lots of shops over the years that wont give technical info over the phone or counter. I was under the impression that the manufacturer them selves have to make it available. But they can charge for it. The dealers don't have to and feel that giving out info cuts into thier income buy both tying up a tech or other employee to deal with it or buy missing out on being able to bill for the repair. Many counter people are told not to provide info even if it would be quicker than telling you no. Good Luck

Does anyone know the phone # or contacts for Holiday Rambler or Freightliner and where are they located. I don't mind paying for the wiring diagram or manual, I just need them. Thanks Dave

Did you have any luck finding the wiring diag.? I am looking for one too for the same motorhome. Mine has an issue with the DRLs not turning off and the step acts like the ignition is on even with the key out. Changed the ignition switch and the chassis battery. now it will not start.

I have mine in at an allison dealer right now and they are having trouble. The freightliner dealer managed to secure a diagram, but could not diagnose. I will keep you posted if you will do the same! I am told by the allison dealer that the pac brake was put on by HR Dan

I have a 97 endeavor HR Rv & when travelling from NY to Miami Irealised at Acola Florida that the gauges were reading wrong.The temp gauge was showing max,the oil was showing very low.Thecharging was also reading very low.A guy spotted me as a meal ticket,and wanted to replace the radiator and after a while a lot more.Irealised that he was mesagine me.So I told him it was under warranty and they wanted to see it.To keep it short Ileft with a little difficulty,I went down to Miami & the problem did'nt go away.Icalled to a very helpful CAT Agent who charged me nothing.After that I called to 3 major Worshops & after days of work the problems remained.After driving probably 1600 to 1800 miles Iread the freightliner manual,Ilocated an RV repair shop but before the were open I had solved the problem myself.It was arelay problem.If I can help you good.
