Hi you doing im installing a new radio for my 94 explorer and i was wondering if you knew the wiring scheme
ive got power to my new headunit but no sound so i need to know what wires go from my old head unit to my new one

If the remote power(blue wire)isn't hooked up you will have no sound. Some sort of amp.

OK, feel like a dummy for my last question. I went back and looked and found the appropriate wire. What was confusing me is the blue wires on the aftermarket radio was labeled power antena, turns out that is the remote wire too :). For anyone else reading this, if you hook those wires together, get sound with the radio, but no sound from the cd player, swap them (blue to blue w/white stripe, instead of blue to blue and blue w/white stripe to blue w/white stripe).

Where do you hook the blue remote wire too? There is no place for it.
