Ed it sounds line a drain on your house batteries. Get a simple test probe with a small lamp in the handle at a NAPA or auto parts store. Spend afew bucks and get a good one, 8 to 10 bucks. It will be a good thing to keep in the RV when camping.Remove the pos.cable to the house batteries.Connect the test lead wire to the cable you disconnected. Connect the other end (probe tip ) to the battery positive post. The light will light up if there is a drain out of the battery. Now remove one fuse at a time from the converter panel where your 12 volt wiring is. No need to mess with the 120 vac fuse or fuses. Just un plug the AC power cord when testing to have only 12 circuits active. When you find a fuse that makes the light go out you will know what circuit is draining the battery. It most be a drain of a few amps for the battery to go down that fast. Have the batteries been load tested? Good Luck and make sure the 120 volt circuit is not on when testing MIKE

Also run a specific gravity check on both batteries. You can pick up a tester at any auto parts store.
