Engine temp and fuel guage are both inop. tried new sending unit in tank-tested with multimeter prior to install still dont read on guage. the temp gauge has never worked always pegged to hot side. wondering if temp guage has a resistor mounted to back of guage?? could this be my gremlin??? thanks Brian
