This maybe to late for the person who orginally posted the problem but I will post what I have found in case someone else has that is having the problem finds this site. I am currently having the same problem with my truck. I started banging on the dash and the dashboard lights would come back on. Sometimes this would work right away and other times it would not work at all. After playing around I figured out it was the knob that turns on the lights. If you pull it out all the way, the dashboard lights and tail lights will go out. You need to push the knob back in slightly and they will turn on. It is a very fine line. |
