|Love my coffee and TV dinners. Best generator size?||Deegen||9-15-17|
|I find, when talking to other RVers, the biggest complaint is that they can't run all their appliances at once, when boondocking. I find the same problem when making coffee and microwaving a dinner.|
How do we figure out what is the right size generator for our electricity needs? Help!

|Coffee pot + Microwave no AC = 3500 watt continuous or larger. Definitely larger if you want the lights, water heater, fridge or anything else on, that moves you to 5500 Watt. Careful the generator model will be rated start up or "Spike" load. You need CONTINUOUS. Read the specs carefully. |
Microwave + Coffee Pot + AC + Hair Dryer won't work in any RV. Subtract AC or Hair Dryer and you need a 7500 Watt
