|Do All Dometic RM 2801 Refigerators work on "DC" power||Dean VanderWoude||7-10-17|
Sorry... error in Subject line in previous post Should be DC
I am wondering if anyone knows if all Dometic RM 2801 refrigerators are capable of operating on DC or if it is an option. If it is an option how can you tell if you have it?

|Hi again Dean, sorry, possible error in the brain department.... disregard the 2803, it might be 2301 is LP, AC & DC. These aren't quite as old as I am.... but the number designations can be confusing. If there are two separate heating elements on the cooling unit in the tin flue one would be 12V DC and the other 120V AC. If only one it's 120V AC. Hope this is correct..... good luck|
