|I'm having issues with a short to ground on the 115v side of my 1997 El Dorado by SMC Midwest. I can't find anything online as far as schematics or blueprints but have some general knowledge of electrical systems. So far I have replaced the the incoming wires all the way to the breaker panel and removed the feed from the generator and still when the ground is connected in the panel the 30A breaker will instantly trip outside even with the breakers off in the panel. I'm at a bit of a loss now, I want to say that something is wrong with the wiring in the panel but I'm not sure. Any help will be greatly appreciated.|

30 amp breaker trips instantly when ground is connected means a ground fault inside the unit. The power at the post will GFI protected.
In order of likely hood: Bad water heater element, Bad fridge element: Bad converter (120 volt to 12 volt), Microwave, and from there every appliance is an equal suspect.
