Batteries Frank 1-6-17
I have a1982 commander m.h. Don't know how long it sat b4 I bought it but so far have changed the fuel pump twice once to electric them back to manuel. Rebuilt the carb, changed the water pump, radiator, now my problem is I need a wiring diagram of the charging system, bcuz ive got two fully charged batteries in but won't turn over??? On my firewall I have a solenoid and on both sides of it I have a positive cable going to a different battery??? That's what I can't figure out wouldn't it have juice to the starter at all times then? Please help
Re: Batteries Bubba The Bus Tech 1-31-17
One of those batteries is a start/chassis battery the other is the RV battery.

Where to start is by following the starter positive wire back to the battery.

once that's done figure out where your no start problem is ignoring the second battery and the isolation solenoid you have already found.

Basic diagnoses, remember to check you chassis and engine grounds.

Good Luck
