There is a Solinoid in the system to isolate the batteries when your unit is not in use.

The system has a peculiar kink, if the batteries are dead, the solinoid won't work so the batteries won't charge.

So the actual solinoid is USUALLY at the end of the positive battery cable from the battery to the RV or close to it.

The Slide motors or Hydraulic pump are usually wired direct to your batteries but the control switch runs off the House side of the solinoid.

The cure is to use a charger on the batteries for a day or so and then plug in the RV for a week once the Isolation Solinoid goes back to work.

Good Luck
